D&E can machine up to a part tolerance of +/- .0005.

D&E builds custom equipment and has the ability to reverse engineer. D&E has the expertise to troubleshoot design problems and make alternative suggestions that improve the end product and save the customer money.

Building and Re-building

We've got the tools and resources to build or re-build a complete machine.  If you supply the drawings and design we can build it. If you're stuck on a design idea one of
our machining experts will consult with you on the best way to manufacture your product.

If you only want us to build part of it and you bring in outside service personnel to finish the job, that works for
us too. While building or rebuilding a machine at D & E,
we want you to think of our shop as your personal workshop!

Our goal at D & E is to work hand in hand with our customers to simplify the process of building or rebuilding
a machine and to produce a quality product with a low cost.

Drafting

We pride ourselves in going the extra mile for our customers. This includes our drafting capabilities. If you have a part that needs repaired but no drawing for it, or if you have an idea for a part but haven't had time to sketch
it out, we can assist.

Utilizing our Mastercam software, one of our machining experts can create a drawing for you.

Mastercam is a CAD/CAM computer program that enables our machining experts to create drawings and programs for 2, 3, and 4 axis milling, turning, 3D design, and surface modeling.

Your drawing formats including Solid Works, IGES, AutoCad, and more can be used in/on Mastercam.
