We meet our delivery dates because we ask all the right questions up front AND because we use JobBoss, a shop management software package. This software allows us to manage our jobs from quote to job to invoicing and all the details in between.

We also keep you updated on the capacity available in our shop so you know we have the availability to fit your job into our shop and get it done when you need it.

So you can keep YOUR customers informed, we keep you posted on your work status by providing a Weekly Status Report. This report is faxed or e-mailed to you
(your choice) every Friday prior to 5 p.m. so you know
what to expect the next week and can be prepared for
your Monday morning status meeting.

We call you prior to delivery to let you know your

Occurring During Shipping?


At D & E Machine Co. we take the extra step in packaging and shipping our parts! If you have a delicate threaded
part we will wax dip it before shipping.

We wrap all our parts with foam sheets to ensure a
safe delivery to you. If you have special or unique shipping requirements, let us know so we can meet your needs!
