WELCOME TO D&E
More Than Just Parts
D&E Machine Company is located between Dayton and Cincinnati. We specialize in low and high-production runs, prototyping, new replacement parts for manufacturer's equipment, repair work, complete machine building, and machined quality fabrications.

Our specialty is our ability to find ways no one else has thought of to make your part, machine, fixture, prototype, or idea come to life at a fraction of the cost and in less time.

Our team has more than 40 years of experience. We handle everything from OEM replacement parts to full prototyping for the automotive and robotics industries, specialty machining, reverse engineering, and much more.
1971
Dink & Etta Bennett start machining parts in their one-car garage on State Route 42 in Lebanon, Ohio.
1985
Business grows and moves to a 10,000 sq. ft. facility in Lebanon.
1990
Kent & Kim Coomer purchase D&E Machine Company, continuing its legacy of excellence.
2010
Company relocates to a modern industrial building, expanding capacity and capabilities.
2026
Damian & Kristin Whitaker purchase the business, bringing new technologies and continuing the legacy of excellence.
Today
Over 40 years of precision machining, serving clients across the Midwest and beyond.
